The Sugden Volumetric Depositor is designed as a mobile unit (Cantilever Frame) and is primarily used for Batter Systems. The Batter depositing system is variable, via a vernier cylinder, to produce the required product size range.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel and is complete with:

1. Stainless Steel Batter Receiving Hopper incorporating a `Probe Type` level control unit which signals to a solenoid valve (customer supply) for the supply of new product when the Hopper is approaching a low level situation.



2. Volumetric Depositor `D` barrel geometry deposit pistons with an aluminium bronze Main Block and 316 grade stainless steel Barrel.
