The Sugden Versatile Static Hotplate incorporates longitudinally situated LPG Ribbon Burners with the burners having Automatic Ignition, Automatic Flame Failure and Low Gas pressure prevention systems.

The unit is constructed from stainless steel, with the Hotplate Baking Surface being in carbon steel and flash ground. The unit incorporates an integral Control Panel which indicates Temperature and gives temperature control together with the necessary burner controls.

In the event of burner failure during operational mode, the re-ignition of the burner/s is a manual operation via a push button on the Control Panel.

To comply with current legislation, an Exhaust Canopy and Fan unit are incorporated for the removal of the combustible gases.

The Static Hotplate is a manual system for loading, turning over (if required) and removal of the product.
