Automatic Hotplate:

The Hotplate framework is constructed in stainless steel and incorporates insulation and removable side panels. The side panels are insulated so as to achieve minimal heat loss thus giving the product the maximum heat available.

The Hotplate Plattens are manufactured in carbon steel and are 8 to 10mm thick, dependant on the Plant width. The plattens are designed, dependant upon the plant width, so as to be able to be turned over when the initial surface becomes built up with debris and therefore the platten life is extended prior to cleaning.

The plattens have, as standard, automatic air tensioning.

The heat source is by Gas fired Ribbon Burners.

Flame ignition is automatic as are both the temperature control and heat sensing.

The burner construction is modular, incorporates a flame failure system and complies with gas safety standards.

The product is fed on to the Hotplate Plattens from the feed source, viz: Volumetric Depositor and baked off.

Product removal from the Hotplate is achieved by the utilisation of Pneumatically operated individual Spatulas which place the products on to a ski system for discharge on to a Cooling Conveyor Belt.

Also included is an Extraction Canopy with the relevant fans and regulation pressure switches.
