The Sugden Automatic Pizza Docking Unit is designed as a Wheel in/Wheel out system to surmount the customers existing conveyor system after the product has been sheeted.

The unit is constructed in stainless steel and incorporates the following features:

1. A Servo Driven system moving on ground bars with integral recirculating ball races complete with timing belt for belt pacing.
2. Individual, pneumatically operated, Docking Head cylinders and support frame.
3. Manual height adjustment of the Docking Head frame.
4. Product Sensing Unit (one per product row)
5. Machine Guarding with interlocked access doors to the machine ends.
6. Stainless steel Wheel in/ Wheel out support structure with conveyor side frame location devices.
7. Conveyor unit deadplate for the docking area
8. Quick release multi-pin pizza docking heads to suit the product diameter.

   Note: 10”, 12” and 14” diameter and 10” oval Docking Heads are available and other sizes of Docking Heads can be catered for. Manual Docking Heads are also available.
