The Sugden Pannini Branding Unit can be designed to mount above the customers existing Filet Tray conveyor system or be a free standing stand alone unit.

The product Branding Unit comprises of an overhead grill system which is infra red gas fired. The infra red gas fired system should be run constantly on the maximum fire rate so that the branding variation effect is achieved by height adjustment.
The heat is directed in to the Branding Plate/s from the overhead grill system which is PLC controlled and the Temperature control is achieved through an inverter, this being linked to the fan speed via a potentiometer mounted on the Control Panel.
The time that the Branding Plate/s are in contact with the product or collecting heat from the grill can be adjusted and these variations give flexibility on the product browning.
Incorporated in the unit are height adjustment, automatic ignition/flame failure systems, exhaust canopy, exhaust fan and the necessary pneumatic tray stops for tray control.

Note: If the unit is to be mounted over an existing conveyor system, the existing conveyor wear strips are to be reviewed to ensure that they are compatible with the heat generated from the Branding system.
