The Sugden Oven Loader is a ninety degree system with a pre-determined number of Bread Straps/Trays being powered in to position on solid steel powered rollers.
When the required number of Bread Straps/Trays are in position they are pushed at ninety degrees into the Oven Infeed entry zone. The pusher system is electrically powered and incorporates a Duplex Rack and Pinion and Transverse pusher face which will transfer the Bread Straps/Trays in line at all times without hunting or cross band misalignment.
Once the Bread Straps/Trays have moved in to the Oven Infeed entry zone the system then reverts back to its start position to allow the cycle to continue. In conjunction with the pusher system, all Bread Strap/Tray stop devices are incorporated for the grouping and release of the Bread Straps/Trays.

On exiting the Oven Baking Chamber each Bread Strap/Tray travels on to the Sugden pivoting Twin Slat Band Conveyor and is powered to a physical stop unit.
When a row of Bread Straps/Trays are sensed to having arrived at the stop station then the Twin slat Bands lower and the Bread Straps/Trays are powered away at ninety degrees via a powered roller conveyor. When the Oven Baking Chamber width of Bread Straps/Trays have been discharged the twin slat band conveyor pivots upwards, following a discharge complete signal, and the cycle repeats.
