The Forpak "Grouper" Stacker Model GS is a keypad selectable Stacking Machine Unit that counts and creates vertical stacks of products. The product stacks that are created are discharged from the machine unit onto a continuous running Pack Off Conveyor where they can be automatically fed downstream to automated packaging equipment or manually packed into boxes or trays. an indexing product Accumulation Conveyor can also be incorportated to act as a time buffer in the event of a malfunction at the packaging equipment.

The Forpak "Grouper" Stacker is ideal for Pancake Stacking, Crumpet Stacking, Potato Cake Stacking, Welsh Cake Stacking, Waffle Stacking, Cookie Stacking, Hamburger Pattie Stacking, Salmon Pattie Stacking and Lasagne Stacking.

For product in excess of 457mm(18") diameter, such as Pitta Bread and Pizza Crust the Forpak "Generation II" Stacker Model GS II, which has the same capabilities as the Model GS, is the ideal machine unit for these applications.

With both the Forpak Model GS and Model GS II, a Paper Feed option can be incorporated for interleaving between individual pieces of products.

The “Grouper” Model GS is a unique keypad-selectable stacking machinery unit that will count and create a vertical stack of product. The stacks, which are created and discharged from the machine onto a continuous running pack-off conveyor, can then be manually packed into boxes or trays, or fed down stream to automated packing equipment.

With the FORPAK paper feed option, paper can be interleaved between individual pieces of product, eliminating the need to layer pack or manual interleaving. This makes the Forpak Grouper ideal for patty stacking, and stacking other meat or bakery products.
